Job Title:Lean Manager
1.Promote and execute Lean, 6-Sigma management system implementation in the factory.2.Maintain / improve existing processes3.Role model "Lean" philosophy and teach it to others through instructing classes and highly involve in problem solving teams.4.Analyze and improve labor utilization for cost reduction and optimum efficiency5.Plan & implement capital expenditures for future manufacturing needs and disposition excess/idle equipment 6.Conduct capacity study; define spec, requirements and quantity for equipment and tooling to be used in production lines7.Participate in APQP concurrent engineering with multi-function teams8.Coordinate with other department to identify and implement lean manufacturing projects and manage activities and resources9.Training the labor and engineer the lean consept.10.Make lean plan and raise the lean project and track it. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer. Certified Black Belt for more than 1 year at least.With Min 3 years of Six Sigma project experience in manufacturing, engineering or Quality related environment;More than 5 years' experience in lean production and managementGood ability in coordination.
