管理酒店前台,商务中心,礼宾部,行政酒廊及为您服务部。保证每位员工都知晓酒店的政策,工作标准程序及操作规则。掌握前台各项职责。全面负责前台及为您服务部的人事招聘,培训和员工职业发展。协助房务总监保证运营的稳定。 1、负责维持前台稳定,高效及专业的运作。 2、经常检查审计,与财务密切沟通以免帐务的混乱;在必要时采取措施训导员工。 3、严格遵守银行程序和现金交易程序。 4、有效控制成本达到预算线。为所有可控制的成本制做成本控制系统。 5、熟悉酒店销售战略,日常与预定销售良好沟通。 6、熟悉了解各种文化的区别和正确行为,并且了解各种不同的礼仪,礼节。 7、保证各部门之间的良好沟通。 1.Responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional operation of all Front Office errorareas. 2.Conducts audit and controls on a regular basis. Communicates with accounting in case of any irregularities; and coaches and counsels associates whenever appropriate. 3.Strictly follows bank-out procedures and cash handling procedures. 4.Controls cost effectively to meet budget guidelines. Has control system in place for all controllable costs. 5.Be familiar with sales strategies; communicate daily with reservation sales. 6.Be familiar with cultural differences and know correct behavior for each culture. Also know the different protocols and etiquette. 7.Ensures good communications between the departments5年以上前台工作经验包括1年以上前厅经理经验;熟练标准的的英语和普通话;相关专业本科以上学历。 Minimum 5 years of Front Office working experience with at least 1 year Front Office Manager experience in International Hotel. Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills. English proficiency is required, Mandarin preferred. Higher Education and Industry Related Training Program.
