职责：
（1）Develops, optimizes and introduces analytical methods for the determination of the assay, impurities and stability of active substances, intermediates, formulations, and raw materials.
（2）Generates data and documents for the registration of active substances and formulations (product chemistry part).
（3）Introduces analytical methods to manufacturing sites (internal and external).
（4）Supervises the work of laboratory personnel.
（5）Communicates effectively with colleagues and members of other Syngenta Departments.
（6）Collaboration with academia and/or external organizations.
要求：
（1）Expertise in modern state of art Analytical equipment & interpretation of data. – HPLC and capillary GC expertise essential.
（2）PhD or Msc in Organic / Physical Chemistry.
（3）3-7 years in analytical development in an chemical industry (incl. experienced in leading coworkers).
（4）Method Development experience will be an advantage.
（5）Experience in QA functions.
（6）Strong organizational skills.
（7）Leadership - Training/coaching of technical staff.
（8）Working within a multi-cultural environment.
（9）Team working and networking.
（10）Ability to prioritize - Ability to achieve targets before deadlines.
