职责:
(1)Develop effective PMC function to establish the responsible in line with plant procedure.
(2)Responsible for overall logistics management and improvement according to company standards & policies.
(3)Manage and Perform Logistics functions including production planning, warehouse, Inventory control, Distribution, material planning, according to local rules and regulations.
(4)Support necessary document to prepare budget/forecast data, draft capital plan, capacity plan, master schedule, production rolling plan to be reviewed and approved.
(5)Responsible for overall supervision and management of PMC department and to ensure that Logistics service levels fulfills all Company/Regional/ Group expectations.
(6)Cooperate with customer service to analysis weekly and monthly order and delivery status by customer and product.
(7)To maintain a good relationship with customers and develop efficient communication channel with customers.
(8)Process performance report which include on time delivery, field, productivity. Prepare monthly metrics report
要求:
(1)Minimum 6 years hand-on experience in Logistics areas and 3 years in management position
(2)Degree holder or above in logistic or business administration
(3)Good command in oral and written English
(4)Good knowledge of MS Access/Excel or other Database / reporting tools
(5)Knowledge of MRP systems such as Mapics or similar
(6)Aggressive, result driven and a good team player
